You may have noticed that last week, Twitter added the ‘Moments’ feature. We’re going to explain the feature for you and explain how it can benefit you!

The Moments feature is quite easy to notice as it’s placed at the top along the main tool bar!

Many people are asking about what ‘moments’ are and why they have been added so let us explain!

Firstly, the best way to describe Moments is a combination of Trends that are already on Twitter and Facebook. However, like Trends on Facebook, they are more detailed stories. Twitter has tried and tested its new Moments feature for months and has tried to ensure that the stories featured are the best and most relevant for the topic to make it as user friendly as possible.

With a spaced layout, the new feature is very easy to use and makes reading the articles very easy. With the addition of photos too, users are quickly able to understand the story. Twitter has ensured that the range of articles that have been selected on Moments are from valued sources such as respected Newspapers and reporters.

Twitter has revealed that the Moments feature has had problems and struggled to take off but we love the feature and think it’s a great development that allows users to easily find the topics that everyone is talking about!
