Great news; Facebook have now made it a lot more easier for your customers and potential customers to get in touch with you through various methods of your choice.
Facebook Business Pages are an integral part of Facebook for users; and now Facebook has built a new way for your visitors to interact with you. Its a great move from Facebook, helping to drive engagement between the customer and the business.
The admins of the Facebook page are able to select a call-to-action button from a group and can add it to the top of their page. The options include:
- Book Now
- Contact Us
- Use App
- Play Game
- Shop Now
- Sign Up
- Watch Video
These new seven buttons create a variety of different benefits for a business including:
- Aid the audience in taking action: The business’s key objective will be clear from the advert and will therefore help the audience understand the action that the business wants them to take.
- Easy access to the business’s website: The call-to-action button, image and text box all link to their website. This will create more traffic and could potentially lead to new clients/customers.
- The call-to-action feature will help businesses drive their key objectives:
It will bring their most important objective to the spearhead of their Facebook presence, linking to any destination on or off Facebook that parallels with the business’s aims.
In order to create an advert with the call-to-action feature, the business page’s admins have to start by choosing an objective:
- Directs to Website: This simple advert pushes users to view the site
- Website conversions: This is the more technical option for businesses, which allows them to use a pixel on their website that tracks conversions, including check-outs, registrations and leads.
